Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality stainless steel and features a gold PVD coating. This coating is 10x more durable than typical gold or silver plating, making our pieces waterproof.

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a modern coating process used in our jewelry. It enhances the durability and color retention of our pieces.

"Waterproof" means our jewelry can withstand water exposure. Thanks to the durable PVD coating, our pieces won't fade or discolor, even during swimming, showering, or exercising.

Our PVD-coated stainless steel jewelry is designed to resist tarnishing. Feel free to wear them in the shower or beach, but steer clear of strong chemicals. They're built to last, but giving them a little care goes a long way in maintaining their shine.

The PVD coating on our pieces ensures no discoloration, so you won't see any green marks on your skin.

Our jewelry, crafted from hypoallergenic stainless steel and enhanced with a PVD coating, is designed with your comfort in mind. Renowned for its skin-friendly properties, stainless steel is a popular choice for those sensitive to metals.

While our nickel-free pieces are suitable for most, individual reactions can differ, specially if you have extremely sensitive skin. If you're unsure about metal allergies, consulting a healthcare professional can provide peace of mind before your purchase.

Baroque pearls feature an irregular and non-spherical form. Their shapes can vary from minor aberrations / imperfections to visibly ovoid, curved, pinched, or lumpy formations.

Our items receive a PVD coating for enhanced color retention. Due to manufacturing processes, this coating is applied after some chains / locks are assembled, which may leave minute areas uncoated on certain pieces. This isn't a flaw or a sign of discoloration but a standard aspect of the product.

Shopping with Fibi & Co. is very convenient! Just add your desired items to your virtual cart and when you're ready, proceed to checkout. Fill in the required information, and you're done! ;)

NOTE: You are not requiredto create an account with us in order to successfully place an order. However, we absolutely recommend to create an account so that on your next order, you won't have to fill in the required information again.

Changes are no longer permitted for orders that are already dispatched.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please email us immediately at hello@fibiandco.com or contact us thru our social media channels to request a change to your order.

Most common reason for this is you may have had a typo errorupon entering your email address. Please review your registered email and check if you've entered the correct one. If you need us to send the order confirmation email again, kindly email us at hello@fibiandco.com.

Yes, we do!

PAYPAL 

We've partnered with PayPal to make your payments secure, convenient and reliable. Thru PayPal, you can pay via credit card or your PayPal account.

GCASH

We accept payments thru GCash. Details are sent to your email and shown on the screen after you place your order.

BANK DEPOSIT

We accept payments thru bank deposit. You can pay thru BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands). Bank details are sent to your email and shown on the screen after you place your order.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery is available! A few reminders for this payment method:

COD order cancellations are strictly prohibited once the order has been dispatched. Please remember to prepare the EXACT amount as payment for your order because the delivery personnel do not carry change.

Upon checkout, select the PayPal option. If you're paying via credit card and don't have a PayPal account, you will still have to choose the PayPal option, since they will be the one to process your payment.

If payment is successful and you've received order confirmation via email, all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive. 

Upon checkout, select the GCash option. You will receive an order confirmation email with instructions from us right after placing your order. The said email contains all the details you need to complete your order.

After paying thru GCash, simply reply to the order confirmation email with a screenshot of the GCash transfer confirmation on or before the specified deadline below. 

Kindly settle your payment within the next 2 banking days (e.g. If you ordered on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, you should send proof of payment on or before 11:59PM of Tuesday, which is the next banking day - unless it is a holiday, then you can send proof of payment the next day). Stocks are limited, so if you haven't sent us proof of payment within the specified deadline, your order will automatically be cancelled without notice

After paying thru your chosen bank, simply reply to the order confirmation email with a clear scanned copy or clear photo of your deposit slip, or if you've paid via online or mobile banking, please attach a screenshot of fund transfer confirmation on or before the specified deadline below.

Shipping and Delivery

We either use J&T Express or LBC Express for all COD orders, while for paid orders we use JRS Express.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all non-COD orders. A 95 Php shipping fee applies to COD orders.

Orders are usually dispatched / shipped the next day after payment is confirmed, Mondays - Saturdays only.

Outside Metro Cebu: Orders usually arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch (excluding holidays). However, this is just estimated and not guaranteed because sometimes, there are delays that are caused by things that are beyond our control - either caused by the courier or the customers themselves, etc. (e.g. incomplete name, incomplete address, provided contact number cannot be reached, no person present to receive package, etc). So a gentle reminder to please double check your details and make sure there is an authorized person to receive your package. Should your order get delayed, feel free to contact us - we will do our best and help you. :)


Metro Cebu: Orders are usually delivered 1-3 days after payment is confirmed, Mondays - Saturdays only. 

Oh, no! We are very sorry to hear that. :( Unfortunately, courier operations is out of our control, and the best we could do is to help you follow up with the courier. However, it is preferred and much better that you contact them yourself as they may need some other details that we may not be able to provide such as landmark to your house, your availability, etc. But if you're not available to do so, we would gladly assist you. Just shoot us a message and we will be at your service. :)

Tracking number can be found in the email notification that is automatically sent after your order is dispatched. If you need help regarding this matter, feel free to contact us.

Don't fret! ;) No system is perfect, so sometimes, our partner couriers systems experience some downtime. If you suspect that you were given the wrong tracking information, please contact us directly.

Returns

When things don’t turn out as expected, we want to do everything we reasonably can to make things right. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect and notify us of any issues as soon as possible.

For your hygiene safety, used jewelry cannot be accepted for returns, and the original packaging must be intact. You will be issued a replacement or a gift card for eligible returns.

If you have received a defective item, kindly send us an email within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Please attach pictures of the said item and provide us with a description of the trouble you are experiencing with it. We would be glad to assist you!

This is a rare occurrence, but in the event that you have received a wrong item, kindly send us an email with pictures of the items so that we could send the correct item to your doorstep immediately.
